The evening starts with the Tom Kha Gai, an enticing Thai chicken, coconut, and galangal soup that whispers tales of faraway lands. Followed by Amed Nigiri, showcases the artistry of truffle mayo, bonito, and sesame seeds, creating a sushi symphony for the senses. Immerse yourself in the main course, Pan-Seared Barramundi with Braised Oxtail and baby Bedugul vegetables, or opt for the luxurious Sake Braised Wagyu with Miso Grilled Crayfish, accompanied by dashi potato and greens. The grand finale unfolds with the Baked Meringue – a heavenly creation featuring mango cream, local fruits, dragon fruit coulis, and delicately crafted sugar bark.
